Designing for trust and becoming an authority in wellness
Sarah needed a WordPress-based website that informed consumers about her brand, while allowing WellSpoken to grow as an authority in wellness. She needed a modern, sleek website with clear messaging, search engine optimisation, and a Dropbox-like area for accredited brands to log in and download content from.

When Sarah’s website outgrew its roots on Squarespace, the next step was a call to Metal Potato
Her goal? To become an authority in the world of wellness, where unscrutinised companies have long plagued consumers by offering a bevy of unregulated products and advice.
With so many options to choose from and so many messages out there, how are consumers interested in wellness to know which brands they can trust? With WellSpoken, they can.
WellSpoken’s new website is built on the same flexible, WordPress platform that we’ve mastered in nearly 250 projects. Yet, it’s customised specifically for her business.
Our developers were able to craft a robust, user management system complete with a custom ‘vault’ for documents, images and videos. That vault is password protected to ensure that only accredited brands have access to its content. And, using cutting-edge coding, we built that vault into a website that’s one of the most beautiful we’ve ever designed. Auto-play videos ensure that Sarah’s brand stands apart while telling its story elegantly and quickly—even on mobile.
Potato Care, our cloud-based premium hosting service, powers the website and guarantees maximum uptime and 24/7 customer support. We’re proud to say that together, WellSpoken and Metal Potato have built a customised website that’s poised to take Sarah’s brand outside of the box… or, the square, if you will.
Metal Potato were a pleasure to work with and were intrinsic to bringing our vision to life. No tweak was too much and the team were responsive and gave great guidance on how the site should function. Definitely a partner for us, not just a supplier!
